YOUR Best Life: A Five-Part Series on Creating & Keeping Healthy Boundaries

In today’s hyper-connected world, it can feel almost unnatural to put up boundaries between yourself and others. But to live your best life and maintain healthy relationships with those around you, it’s essential for your well-being. Join me for a five-session workshop to explore the importance of setting and maintaining healthy boundaries in your personal and professional relationships. We’ll discuss the power of clear communication to better define and protect your peace and learn strategies for setting boundaries in a respectful and assertive manner. You’ll also learn the role boundaries have in self-care and managing your emotional well-being.

Each week of this series will be a mixture of didactics and hands-on learning using large group discussions and individual writing prompts. There will be work to complete between each session ranging from personal reflection to practical application. Whether you are looking to improve communication in your relationships, protect your time and energy, or simply learn more about the importance of boundaries, this session is for you.

**Before signing up, please confirm you can attend all five sessions.**
