The longest and most important relationship in your life is with yourself – but like so many, you may be conditioned to think that taking time for your well-being is an act of luxury. The more you feed into that belief, the more likely you'll face burnout and lower self-esteem, potentially putting your overall health at risk. Join mental health therapist, Kyira Wackett, for a five-session course designed to help you understand the importance of self-love. Together, we'll break down what self-care looks and feels like, exploring how to create a foundation to deepen your love for yourself today and tomorrow. It’s time we made self-care non-negotiable.

Let’s talk about what makes saying “NO” so challenging, the impact not saying “No” has had on your life, and how to actually start doing it in meaningful and supportive ways. This session will be a mixture of didactics, individual reflection and group sharing. Throughout the session, each attendee will work through an example scenario they are currently facing to develop their “No” response plan including how to reframe their mindset, deal with the stress of saying “No” (including how others may respond) and deliver the “No”. Opportunity to share and ask questions will be given throughout the presentation.
